what we offer:

  • Manage communication via email, phone and social media accounts

  • Provide customer service as first point of contact

  • Organise meetings, travel and accommodation

  • Event planning (can be company team building activities; networking events; social events; weddings etc...) 

    • From start to finish 

    • Including on the day coordination 

  • Manage contact lists and calendars 

  • CRM management 

  • Data entry 

  • On-boarding/off-boarding new clients/staff

  • Experience with Xero 

    • Creating invoices 

    • Managing payments

  • Experience with Wix 

    • Updating websites (packages, images, text etc...) 

  • Budget management 

    • Keep track of outgoing costs and expenses 

  • Social media content creation 

    • Creation of reels; posts and stories 

    • Manage social media inboxes to assist clients/customers in a timely manner 

  • Project management and follow-ups 

  • Anything else you may need assistance with! 

Availability:

We currently have 1 x full day available on Wednesday's; 5 hours a day on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Entertainment Business Management 

Certificate 2 & 3 in Business Administration
